Frequently Asked Questions for Lotus Choose your size:BIG daycare or a day out
What should I check if I cannot find an order confirmation?
Do not treat an unsuccessful-looking page alone as proof that submission failed. Distinguish promotional messages from an actual order acknowledgment.
What should I do when product information is unclear or conflicting?
If a requirement is essential, obtain clarification before ordering. Look for qualifications or exclusions that explain a headline statement.
How can I find an order reference that I no longer have?
Provide the relevant purchase date or product details when the seller requests them. Recover the purchase through available records and authorized support instead of guessing at its identity.
